Our Activities
The annual ‘Festival Weekend’
Our ‘Festival Weekend’ takes place annually in May and is a celebration of the arts in the public buildings, houses, studios, local businesses, and gardens of Lady Bay.
The event runs from 11am - 5pm both days.
The Lady Bay Arts Creativity Fund
The Creativity Fund is designed to offer meaningful activities and opportunities that include creativity, skills development and communication of ideas,
Our annual community project
Our community project has become an annual feature thanks to members of our community who thrive on bringing people together to share experiences and engage in creativity.
This year’s project is the Lady Bay Community Quilt.
Sponsorship by FHP Living
We are proud to be working with FHP Living, who have kindly sponsored our 2024 Festival Weekend taking place on the 18th and 19th of May.
The sponsorship is in two parts, both of which enable us to enhance awareness of Lady Bay Arts, the Festival Weekend, and our amazing hosts who open their homes, businesses, and public spaces.
Co-branded signage
FHP Living are providing ‘for sale’ boards for each host, these include information about the Festival Weekend and the Lady Bay Arts and FHP Living logos. We hope that the signs will give you a sense of connection in the run up to the event.
Sponsorship of the Creativity Fund 2024
Our evolving Creativity Fund offers opportunities for us to fund meaningful opportunities for people to develop their skills and to showcase their work during the Festival Weekend. We are very grateful for FHP Living's contribution to making the Creativity Fund a success.
This year we have developed opportunities for young photographer, a sound artist and for a historian/archivist to take the first step in creating an archive of creative communities in Lady Bay.
