Volunteering over
the Festival Weekend

Volunteers are at the heart of making our activities successful

Volunteers are a vital part of Lady Bay Arts, from handing out maps at the Festival Weekend to being on the Steering Group, everything we do relies on people to get involved and help out.

The event runs from 11am - 5pm and we have included 1 hour slots from 10.30am (to help with setup) to 5.30pm to help with end of day activities

If you'd like to be part of it, we would love to hear from you. Our 2024 Festival Weekend is just around the corner, and we'll need volunteers to help with the following:

  • Taking payment and handing out maps / stickers at the entry points

  • Checking on artists and hosts

  • Guiding visitors

  • Set up / break down

You can book a volunteering slot for the Festival Weekend below, or email volunteering@ladybayarts.org.uk and let us know how you'd like to help. Please book or get in touch by the 3rd May - we'll provide details on what you'll be doing the week before the event.

Booking volunteering time.

This simple system features different one-hour sessions that you can sign up to. We appreciate any help you can provide be that for one hour or a whole afternoon

We have included 1 hour slots from 10.30am (to help with setup) to 5.30pm to help with end of day activities.

To book a one-hour volunteering session

  1. Select the day that you would like to volunteer on

  2. Click on one of the one-hour slots available

  3. Then click 'Select and continue' which will take you to the 'your info' page

  4. Add your name and email. You can also add your mobile number but this isn't required

  5. Select 'Complete Appointment'

  6. Your session is now booked and we will be in touch.

NOTE: You do not need to create an account

To book a more than one-hour volunteering session

  1. Select the day that you would like to volunteer on

  2. Click on one of the one-hour slots available

  3. Then click 'Select and add another time'

  4. Continue until you have selected the full time that you would like to volunteer.

  5. You will see the chosen slots in the bottom right of the screen. Click 'continue’ which will take you to the 'your info' page

  6. Add your name and email. You can also add your mobile number but this isn't required

  7. Select 'Complete Appointment'

  8. Your session is now booked and we will be in touch.
